Hi guys, for you that have not met me before, my name is Mark and I am the Clinic Director at MSK Therapy. I am a British Association of Sport and Exercise Science Certified Exercise Practitioner and Sports Therapist who has been qualified for over 8 years. Over my 8 years I have worked for the top Sports Injury Clinic in the North East and practiced with some of the top practitioners in the North East. Along with my Degree and Sports Massage Diploma, I also hold multiple health and fitness qualifications including Level 4 in Cancer Rehabilitation, Level 4 in Exercise for the Management of Lower Back Pain and also my GP Exercise Referral.

In this blog space I am going to be giving you all regular updates of information and tips to help you on your road to recovery. I will also be expressing my personal experience with different type of issues I deal with in clinic on a daily basis.
